Gently Being: A Loving Approach to Reparenting
There is nothing for us to do when we can merely be. Some people may argue that we have to do things in the world, and this is true. However, there are younger parts within us that do not have to figure life out. If we were parentified as children, we may not know how to allow our Inner Children to receive freely, especially if we were told that we had to earn Love. In opening up our hearts to unconditionally receiving the Love of which we are wholly worthy, we can start to let go of the past and open doors to beautifully new chapters. Yesterday has passed, and it is a new day. On this new day, we can allow into our hearts rejuvenation by becoming willing to accept that we are beautiful and that the Divine’s Love for us is Unconditional. 3) Finally, as this Truth integrates within our hearts experientially, we can see ourselves through New Eyes, the very Loving Eyes through which we are seen by the Divine. And it is through this beautiful shift in perception that we come to know we are Divine Loved as well as Divine Love. I wrote this poem as part of my own process of gentle reparenting:
I am letting go of trying harder, and I am stepping into Gently Being.
I am letting go of perfecting myself, and I am stepping into my Perfect Divinity.
I am letting go of self-work, and I am stepping into my Self-Worth as a Perfect Being.
I am letting go of self-blame, and I am choosing to love myself unconditionally.
All self-hatred, unforgiveness, and stress to my Higher Self I am now surrendering.
I am allowing all overwhelm to be alchemized into Love for the Children within me.
I am letting go of self-shame, and I am stepping into my True Self Who is Perfect Purity.
I am letting Self-Compassion and Passion for my Greatest Aims spark the Flame in me.
I am releasing all self-insufficiency and recalling the Reality of the Great I Am within me.
For the highest and best of all beings may these blessings be. Aum. Amen. Peace.
